I will help you understand everything about the products, from when is the best time to buy it and how to identify the quality in it, to the processes that make each thing shine by its own. So, whether you come to learn simple cooking tricks or learn about more advanced ideas, everything is thought to be as fun and enjoyable as the food itself. And must of it, we want you to learn and repeat back home.

Available types of menus
We create a wide variety of options depending on the group specific ideas. We have
mainly a regular Mexican cooking class, a Vegetarian option or some seasonal
menus.
What if there are people with restrictions and want to be part of a more homogeneous group?
We adapt the elements for the best experience for each group. If some of you have some dietary restrictions, we try to create a menu that can be adapted to satisfy all those special needs.
We will send options for the entire group depending on the dietary restrictions. Our idea is for everyone to be able to enjoy the lesson and learn about the dishes.
Where are the classes happening?
We take advantage of the amazing location and venue we have. So we either use the main dining area, next to the production kitchen or we accomodate groups in our exclusive Garden Dining Area.
